Gemma Hayes and Oliver
Saturday, June 6th, 2009I like Gemma Hayes – I’m not a massive fan of her music, but I do like it. She has a beautiful voice and writes some sweet songs, but overall she seems like a less edgy Juliet Turner. This is not a harsh criticism, just an opinion. Gemma’s most recent single, Oliver, released in March is available from iTunes here and here is the new video. A hint of Sinead O’Connor’s Nothing Compares 2U?

Juliet Turner is far from edgy.
Love Gemma Hayes, she is consistently sweet and dreamy. Great video.
Great song, great vid. She deserves a lot more success in this country.
